A Shopify store the brand owns, run and improved every month
A Shopify store for a farm brand from Mumbai, designed, built and run by us, with sales reported every month.
From selling on someone else's platform to owning the store, the customer and the numbers.
The situation
Max Green Farms was selling through a third-party platform and wanted a store of its own, so it could own the customer journey and the data that comes with it. The brand was being refreshed at the same time, and the new store had to tell its story clearly while that work was still settling.
What we did
We designed and built the store around how people actually shop for fresh produce: what is in season up front, best sellers next, then simple categories for exotic vegetables, leafy greens, herbs, lettuce and the organic pantry. Product pages say exactly what is inside. Where the standard Shopify theme could not do what the store needed, we wrote our own Liquid code. Festive hampers have a custom ordering flow: the buyer picks how many, then either has them all delivered home or sends each one as a gift, with its own recipient, address, delivery date and a message for the card. In the cart, a bar shows how much more to add for free delivery, with suggestions to add just below. Then we kept running it. Ready-to-go kits make it easy to buy a week of greens at once, two standing offers give regular customers a reason to come back, and every month we report on Shopify sales, so each change is judged by what it sells.
What changed
Max Green Farms now owns its store and its customer data, with a clear monthly view of what is selling and what is driving it.
